  • Durante casi 15 años ha estado vinculado a la industria hidrocarburífera a través de la más grande empresa productora privada del país, desde su arribo al país y la adquisición al anterior operador. Ha estado a cargo de varios proceso de renegociación de contratos y el manejo diario de los contratos petroleros.
  • Durante más de 10 años ha liderado un grupo de grandes retailers lideres en el país (incluyendo varias de las empresas más grandes en su sector – supermercados, farmacias, textiles, etc.-, brindandoles asesoría legal en materias de interés común en áreas tributarias, laborales, competencia, comercio exterior, entre otras.
  • Ha estado a cargo del proceso pre contractual y contractual ante el SRI y el SENAE, de una multinacional suiza líder en la provisión de servicios de seguridad tecnológica
  • Esta a cargo del patrocinio, conjuntamente con una firma norteamericana, de un proceso de arbitraje de inversión de una multinacional española del sector atunero en contra del Estado Ecuatoriano.

    • For almost 15 years, he has been linked to the hydrocarbon industry through the country’s largest private production company, since its arrival in the country and the acquisition from the previous operator. He has been in charge of various contract renegotiation processes and the daily management of oil contracts.
    • For more than 10 years, he has led a group of large leading retailers in the country (including several of the largest companies in their sector – supermarkets, pharmacies, textiles, etc.-, providing legal advice on matters of common interest in tax areas, labor, competition, foreign trade, among others.
    • He has been in charge of the pre-contractual and contractual processes before the SRI and SENAE, of a leading Swiss multinational in the provision of technological security services.
